Founded in the summer of 2023, Smash Wagon is a small, family-owned food truck born and bred in Prattsburgh, NY. Behind the grill you’ll find Mike and Christina Skelly, a husband-and-wife team whose passion for smashed-to-perfection burgers drives everything we do. From day one, our mission has been simple: serve up big-flavor smash burgers and good vibes to our neighbors in Prattsburgh, Hammondsport, Bath and the rest of the Finger Lakes region.

In just our second year on the road, Smash Wagon earned a reputation that can’t be beaten. At the 2024 FLX Finest Awards, we proudly took home 1st place for Best Burger and 2nd place for Best Food Truck—an honor we owe entirely to our loyal fans and unwavering dedication to quality. Today, you’ll find our truck parked five days a week at Krooked Tusker Distillery, where we’re grateful to be part of such a vibrant community.
